Employees work through a short online questionnaire that assesses each desk station against recognised Display Screen Equipment (DSE) risk factors. The assessment identifies potential risks, highlights any pain or discomfort the employee is experiencing, and provides tailored advice immediately. Every assessment is also clinically overseen by a trained assessor as standard.
This supports the HSE's expectation that employers carry out suitable and sufficient workstation assessments, identify risks, reduce them where reasonably practicable, and provide a way for employees to report pain or discomfort before it develops into an injury.
Employees receive practical support straight away. Your organisation has a proportionate process for identifying who may need further input, with Level 2 and Level 3 assessments available whenever required.
